What is u3a?
u3a motto is Learn, Laugh, Live and that is exactly what we aim to do.
Formerly known as 'University of the 3rd Age', it is for anyone no longer in full time work who wants to meet new people, socialise, engage in various activities, keep their minds and bodies active, or just have fun!

Meetings
Our monthly General Meetings are held at Doxford Methodist Church
If you would like to see what u3a is about, you are welcome to attend one of our meetings.
Doors open at 10.00 ready for a 10.30 start. Refreshments are served. Members have a chance to socialise, buy raffle tickets and find out about joining groups.
We usually have a guest speaker. For a list of forthcoming talks to be held at the General Meetings please see Events.
